1. We will contact you once we receive your order. If you have not already been given a quote, we will provide you one along with an order number. We will go over your customization options with you such as sequence, number of DVDs, desired family website password etc.
(You can always use your order number to check-up on your order and to use in the future for reference.)
2. We will keep you informed as your media is being transferred by our experts.
3. When your transfer is complete, we will contact you again for payment and ship you your original media + new DVDs, USB stick or external hard drive. We will email you your new family website address.
(The domain name of your new family website will be linked to your family name or the name you provide us.)
